We just barely got to the check in desk before a couple of busses of guests showed up. Our dining experience was less than enjoyable. Packed dining room with only one waitress and 2 su chefs. Took nearly an hour to get 2 California rolls.

It was too noisy. I definitely will not be staying here again. Also beware of the hidden fees after I was charged for resort pay some small minimal fee. They charge you a deposit which you get reimbursed. I like transparency and I feel that had I known they were going to charge an additional fee for deposit I would have elected that hotel. I felt uncomfortable there.

The bed was so comfortable. The room and bathroom was very clean. The shower was cold and when maintenance was sent up he asked “well how would you describe hot?” So we took cold showers for 2 days.
