It was a great stay. Besides the hotel charging me an additional $39 a night because i booked thru expedia so for that i wont book there ever again! And also $65 a night parking waa ridiculous!

I love the amenities and the space but the cleanliness is concerning and consistently poor. Constantly missing basics like towels and soap on check in. The rooms don’t feel clean and smell lightly like smoke. I love this place but really wish they prioritized their cleanliness.

Level was great! It was nice and clean and made me feel right at home. The rooms were fully furnished, which was awesome, especially having a kitchen and a full-size fridge. The staff were amazing, especially Mr. Franklin at the front desk who was friendly and patient, and the amenities were great!
