Free parking is on street . We were not informed on Sunday of need to move car early the next morning . That was major hassle on Monday . Other than that , there are some good restaurants close by but was surprised of homeless camping close by on Wilshire blvd. Shades of San Francisco , free breakfast was ok

Great value and neighborhood

Clean, easy street parking out front, friendly and accommodating front desk staff when I didn’t like the downstairs room and wanted to be upstairs, pretty and safe neighborhood very close to Wilshire for food and drinks but still quiet. Do plan to eat breakfast out though- very minimal which for me I had already planned to eat elsewhere. Would definitely stay again- very good value.
