Was very unhappy with my nightly charges, I originally booked 4 nights at $135 per ($540 without resort fee and taxes), however, I had to cancel my final day. I expected a $135 deduction but was surprised to find out Commerce Hotel canceled my entire 4 day stay, rebooked the same original 3 night stay, and charged me the current rate ($ 511). Very unhappy !!

No pool, no spa, both beds in room were horrid. One if them was on some sort of sheet metal frame so it made a large metalic buckeling sound every time you sat on it. Next door neighbor took a shower at 1130pm. I jumped up out of bed thinking someone was in MY shower thats how loud it was.could hear every conversation as people walked by room. Used scanner to have car brought by valet, 20 min later with still no call back i went down to get it, waited patiently till line was gone thinking i was in it at the end, only to be asked why i was there. I told him i requested my car some time ago and he was rude about he needed a ticket. I gave it to him and he brought my car. As i was pulling out i got a response saying valet was unable to assist me and to go to the counter. Tv took a solid 30 seconds to catch up between chanel changes and there was absolutely no information packet, book or otherwise for anything to do with the hotel/casino. The casino has a smell of asian food that has been cooked and then held warm in a small room all day. The room service options were hit and miss, the breakfast fried rice was surprisingly good. Overall i would not return here, nor would i have stayed here knowing

CHECKING LADY WAS VERY UNFRINDLY AND RUDE, I BOOK A DOUBLE BED AND WHEN I ARRIVED SHE TOLD ME THAT DOUBLE BED ROOMS WERE SOLD OUT, THAT DID'T MAKE SENSE BECAUSE I HAVE RESERVED A DOUBLE A HAD MY CONFIRMATION, I ASK FOR A ROLLED BED AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD SEND AND THE BED DID'T A RRIVED, I HAD MAKE A CALL AND REQUESTED AGAIN. I SHOULD GET A REINMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT.

Lack of communication with my type of room from travelocity to hotel according to front desk. Asked for king and get two queens. After 30 min they solved the issue

The breakfast was really good every morning ! Friendly and helpful staff. They were very quick with fixing when our tub was not working properly even on the last day. And free parking was a plus
