The staff at The Omni LA was above and beyond Excellent from the attendants that greeted my wife and I upon our arrival to the front desk clerks who treated us like family along with the housekeeping staff who pleasantly filled our every request .The room and the amenities were top notch our only regret is that we had to leave as our reservation ended. The check in service was a joke. The concierge staff took way too long checking people in, did not provide included amenities to us like the car service, but they did to others. The room we had was nice enough, but for the price we paid-$380 for one night, and supposedly a prestigious hotel, one of the lamps had a hole in the shade. Since it’s downtown LA, we were not really surprised to hear two shootouts on the street at 2:20a and again at about 3ish am. Overall we probably wouldn’t stay here again.
