I was very disappointed. The jacuzzi was very dirty and the covering around tub broken. Pool very dirty. Sliding glass door hinges rusted and hard to use. Air vent was not properly installed in bathroom. See pictures

I loved my stay here….but…. It would be nice if they upgraded to smart tv’s where you can stream not DIRECT TV. Also lamp fixtures with chargers (on the wall) not working. I had to ask for an extension cord to charge my devices next to bed. Ghetto!?!!

Very convenient for LAX with free shuttle bus. Staff were friendly, we had a voucher in our room for a free drink during happy hour which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price, especially the omelette station. Our room was a little dated/tired but this was expected from the reviews and was fine for a stopover after a long flight. I think overall this was good value and a good choice near the airport.

The staff were unfriendly and borderline nasty. Not the most pleasant interactions with Benjamin or Jasmine, however another staff person was nice. One of the staff at the front desk was especially nasty and it was evident she did not want to be bothered. When we arrived, we asked for a quiet area at the property and instead they placed us in a room which faced the runway which was extremely loud. They did lower the parking rate and maintenance fixed a clog in the bathroom. However, interacting with the front desk was unpleasant and you didn’t want to ask for anything based on the tone you would experience in response.
