We did not get the room we had previously reserved. Upon check in we were told they didn’t have the room available (king bed) so we got another room (one with 2 full beds). Check out is at 11am and at 11am we already had someone knocking on our door to ask if we were staying another night or checking out. I understand housekeeping needs to clean before having the room ready for another guest. But we have stayed MANY times at other Hyatt locations and service was by far superior and no one is knocking at the door at 11am to ask if we were staying or leaving. We were definitely expecting a lot more at this long beach location.
