Clean room, the staff were very nice. I chose to stay at this hotel for the heated pool, but then when I went to the pool it was freezing. The view was beautiful though and we still had a fun time.

The room was great. The proximity was perfect. Zina and Nick were terrific. The only reason why it wasn't a 5, is because of Salvatore behind the bar. He was awful. No smile. No customer service. 3 people in the entire bar, and he made us cine to the bar and order. No water. No utensils. He really was almost useless. Just hid behind the pole and played on his phone.
