Airport shuttles were slo at midnight-waited an hour before we one could pick us up due to luggage capacity. Mattress a step above the floor. AC not cooling in hot room. Didn’t get the room i’d Requested in the reservation- staff said because I reserved from a third party site no guarantee you get what you want. I won’t look to stay here again.

Due to an impending snowstorm in St. Louis, I re-booked my flight to LAX which got me to the hotel's front desk at 9:00 a.m. in the morning. The front desk clerk was very understanding of my travel plight, had a room available and gave me a SIX HOUR EARLY CHECK-IN at 9:00 a.m. as opposed to the standard check-in time of 3:00 p.m. Truely amazing customer service on the part of the Four Points morning front desk clerk and very much appreciated ! ! !

Very nice hotel. Room was clean upon arrival. Had an issue with the A/C not keeping the room cool, but once the front desk was notified, they got it working. Hotel staff very friendly - convenient location to Airport and various coffee shops around the area.

Very good hotel for a one night stay; however, a hotel of this class should have double glaze glass windows to keep the outside noise out, otherwise, everything else was up to standard.

Totally outdated, sheets were terrible, I could hear everything from the rooms around me, not sure my tub and vanity (especially mirror) had been cleaned.

I had to get up very early in the morning for my recent trip. When I arrived at the Hotel, having friendly staff greet me ready to assist with whatever I needed really made a difference. My daughter keeps asking when we can visit again!
