LAX hotel

Good Lord cation for The Forum and LAX. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was awesome and the food was delicious. The rooms need modernizing. The bed was comfy and I wanted to take the pillows home with me!!

The Sheraton, it always feels like home.

Cons: It did seem a little dated. That's why I gave the 4 and not the 5.
I love staying at the Sheraton Hotel. I've stayed at so many over the years and they always feel like my away home. Beds are always comfortable, great pillows, the sheets and the blankets come up to your head not stuck half way down the bed.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in

Pros: Nothing. I hated my stay.
Their shuttle service is terrible. It doesnt stop at airport if it is full. It is full all the time. I had to take taxi to airport at 11:00 pm. Long lines at registration desk. No courtesy at registration desk. Rude staff. Smelly carpets. Cant sleep at night, loud sound from airport. Leaky taps at bathroom. Missing creamers for coffee. Rooms were not cleaned properly. I got an orange and water bottle from previous person staying in the same room.

Disappointing

Hotel staff made comments to each other openly about my girlfriend while transporting luggage to the room. The bathroom was dirty. The room smelled dank and old. The towels felt like sandpaper. Especially for the price that we paid, we were not impressed in the slightest with the condition of the hotel.

Disappointing. Old, tired, room.

Location: Good location for airport.
Single pain window. Noisy road noise. Carpet was dirty. Room was old, tired and in need of updating. Disappointing for a SHERATON hotel.

Won't suggest for transit passangers

Pros: close to LAX and spacious room
Cons: the frequency of shuttle bus
I stayed only one night for catching the early fight on second day, but was very disappointed despite it is close to LAX, where my friends can come to visit and spend a good evening together. The hotel staff is not very enthusiastic to introduce any hotel facilities, in particular after he heard that I reserved the hotel through travelocity. It appears they prefer I booked the hotel through their APP or hotel web page. Actually, this hotel has nice spacious room and good facilities, such as fitness center and pool, but you have to explore by yourself. The claimed the free shuttle will run every 20 ~ 25 mins, but I wait more than 35 mins each trip. I watched 2 passes of the shuttle of Hilton and Marriott when I was waiting in LAX and almost late for earlier flight because waited too long and had to take a shuttle of Renascence hotel, which have an extra stop and packed with passengers. Anyway, I am very disappointed for the price I paid for this hotel.

If You Have an Early Flight

Pros: Proximity to LAX, 24-hour airport shuttle, fast food options within walking distance.
We had an early flight out of LAX, and this was the perfect night to spend our last night in LA. It's about a mile from the airport, with a 24-hour airport shuttle. So I could turn in my car rental the night before our departure and have one less thing to worry about.

Old and dated room

Pros: location and shuttle service
Cons: The lobby and restaurant was fine. The rooms air conditioning,electrical outlets, bathroom are not
Location: nothing to do nearby close to the airport
the room was that of a very very old motel, old wallpaper,carpet and furniture, newer sink,toilet,bed and small tv. the outlets were insufficeint for a modern hotel. the bathroom had a very large wood cabinet between the sink and toilet/shower room. a fuse blew and half the lights went out. the air conditioning worked although the controls for it did not work properly no outlet by the sink crammed on one wall in a too small bathroom. the location of the property is close to the airport and shuttle service was very good. my card key did not work in the door when we returned from a tour, i had to go down to the lobby and wait in line around 30 minutes just to get the keys redone. not an enjoyable experience. i would not stay again. i would rate the rooms as what you would expect in a one star motel.
