The only thing good about my truncated stay at the Four Points Inn Sheraton by LAX was the staff -they were nice. The room was cold and you could not adjust the temperature. The water didn’t get hot to take a shower. The vent above the sink would leak water. I originally booked for 4 days but left after one night. And to add insult to injury I was billed twice. I paid in advance and then changed when I checked out. I was told I would only be billed for one night when I contacted Travelocity. I hope they keep their word.

This property was horrible i reserved a room none smoking they said it was it smelled really bad and not clean at all, tv had problems and had to ask for a new remote and more towels linens had hair veru disappointing will not recomend or will not come back

The older male shuttle drive was very rude and unprofessional the shuttle was supposed to leave in ten minutes and he closed the doors of the shuttle and said in a rude manner I am not going any where for 45 minutes as we asked him why and one other customer told him that she was going to be late and may miss her flight he ignored her and left. I reported it to the front desk but they didn’t seem to care I ended up getting a ride to the airport so much for friendly service.
