Totally outdated, sheets were terrible, I could hear everything from the rooms around me, not sure my tub and vanity (especially mirror) had been cleaned.

I had to get up very early in the morning for my recent trip. When I arrived at the Hotel, having friendly staff greet me ready to assist with whatever I needed really made a difference. My daughter keeps asking when we can visit again!

Convenient to the airport, which was a plus. Convenient to the airport, which was also a minus......noisy all night! But, I would stay there again as it was a well run machine.

Disappoint.

Shower dispenser was not working, light bulb burnt, and I had to go to three floors to find a ice machine that works. What's up with this service?. Not good!.Mark S

Close to airport

No frills hotel what you would expect near airport friendly staff decent rooms(no control for temperature in room)bar a little on dirty side

Overall stay

Overall stay The room is real scary for a person that is used to being clean the bathroom drain was clogged up the sink and the tub with all types of hair that’s been there for years and there was all type of spots in the corners hair on the sheets had stains on them they kept coming up off the bed when you were sleep so you would wind up sleeping on the bare mattress air-conditioning didn’t work and they charge the regular hotel guest $29 for parking per night And when I told her that I was handicap do you have any special parking prices for the handicap she told me no I had to pay $29 also $39 for valet no consideration And in the room there’s no microwave or refrigerator the Sheraton should be ashamed of their self Motel 6 is better.

Nice room friendly staffed but overpriced

It’s a very nice hotel with great room is the only problem is they nickel and dime you over everything parking is not free you charge for parking every day.And instead of a parking garage or something of that nature you have to walk around the corner of the hotel to get to parking is just ridiculous if I’m paying for something I expected to be an easier way to get to and from my car from my room. Also this hotel does not offer free continental breakfast with me at my party was not made aware of until we got there I just wanna put that out there anyone that is thinking of staying here .

LAX hotel

Good Lord cation for The Forum and LAX. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was awesome and the food was delicious. The rooms need modernizing. The bed was comfy and I wanted to take the pillows home with me!!
