The shower didn't work. WE told someone at 4:30 and no one came up to fix it. So I had to go to an meeting without SHOWERING!!!

A family emergency required that my travel plans change on a dime and I was lucky enough to book a last minute yet lovely, spacious room at the Hilton. I was emotionally frazzled and Shelly at the front desk was professional, helpful, and so compassionate. I'll plan to stay here again because it was such a positive experience.

I love that the easiest form of transportation was available at all times. Very convenient. What I dislike was that our shower had standing water. Very disappointed; especially, for a Hilton hotel.
