Friendly, professional staff. Beds need upgrade to memory foam. Most everything uncomfortable and lacking any ergonomic consideration for the elderly or disabled to the point of possible sadistic intent. I love the people there. It’s not their fault the Owners are not willing to make everyone’s experience more satisfying and enjoyable. Happy Holidays!!!
