I had my wallet stolen, yet had physical cash from my bank to pay deposit for the night but thrown out into the street at night and forced to go home early while my bank was investigating these people who took my bank card testing it at a grocery store. Absolutely no empathy. Outrageous treatment.

Old world charm. An absolutely beautiful hotel. The roof top pool has amazing views and a fun atmosphere. Great vibes here along with attentive and friendly staff. There is a gift shop and a coffee bar in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived at checkin. They charge a huge amount to valet your car or you have buy public parking. We were surprised to learn this. The room was over 80 degrees. We called them to fix it but they didn’t show so we decided to leave. We went down to the desk and they said they canceled our reservation. Nobody told us it would be an 80 degree room when we booked. Upon arriving home they had not canceled the reservation and they kept our money.
