Great vaca

Everything was good but on arrival the first room was beautiful but the toilet seat was actually broken and falling off Gino. Option was to move to another room the was “close”. However was on another floor in middle of the hotel and had to hike the luggage cart to that room. All the rooms in the choice we took are all set up basically the same. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there in the future.

We had a fantastic time with our kids, but it could easily have been a very different story. It’s definitely not the place for a romantic getaway… Pros Great place from families with bigger kids Beautiful spot on beach Never feels crowded Tasteful decor well maintained and well cleaned Nice pools and easy to get to snorkelling, other beaches, launderette and supermarket etc Food is good Cons The room walls are paper thin and our sleep was broken. Our next door neighbour got into a massive argument with their other neighbour over the sound of their small child. Mosquitoes that bite after sunset The staff are very varied - front gate, reception and marketplace are great but the others are unfriendly/unhelpful - my wife had to send her burger back twice as the order was incorrectly taken Parking expensive
