Location, Location, Location!! This property is Lovely. The buildings all have the charming Key West style and are nestled in a tropical oasis. Multi pools offer you to gather in groups. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of selections. Our room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable with its own patio. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I visited Key west for the weekend, our first time, and were pleasantly surprised by our entire trip. Simonton Court Inn was absolutely adorable. Perfectly nestled behind trees. The property was bigger than it appeared with 4 pools, breakfast patio, pool bar and perfectly styled rooms. The staff were kind and accommodating, bikes available for use and you can keep your luggage in the lobby and use the amenities on the day you check out, if you're catching the key west ferry out later that day. We had a great and time and will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our visit. It's very close to everything but is quiet and feels secluded. The grounds are beautiful and the room was very nice. Breakfast by one of the four pools was limited but the Belgium waffles were delicious. All the staff was wonderful.

Really enjoyed my stay at Simonton Court Historic Inn & Cottages. Everything was lovely, from the peaceful atmosphere to the well-kept grounds. A special mention goes out to the breakfast ladies. Great first time experience

My husband and I are from Marathon, 50 miles away and we traveled with another couple from central Fl. We rode our motorcycles down and the front desk was very accommodating offering to watch our luggage while we went to stroll Duval waiting for our room to be available. We later enjoyed the privacy of the pool while having poolside service. The rooms were very nice, reflecting historic Key West while offering modern amenities. Our friends room was overlooking Simonton and they noticed a lot of road noise during the evening, but they enjoyed their stay overall. Our room (suite) was in the middle of the property and seemed to be quieter. This was our first time staying there and we will definitely go back! Highly recommend.
