You need to read and go. Its worth the trip.
Let me start off my saying we never were into the "lifestyle" or swinging. We went with an open mind and left with an even more exciting sex life (and we didnt even "hook up" with others). We learned that we actually enjoy people watching us be intimate. We enjoyed desire more than temptations. It is way classier and relaxing. My wife opened up sexually and spiritually. Temptations is where the party is at if thats what you are looking for. Desire is where you go to relax, meet good people and feel comfortable. We felt extremely comfortable and happy our whole stay. We were the youngest couple there (31 and 33) This is a great place and we cant wait to go back. The staff and people really made our stay special. We had great conversations with people twice our age and honestly prefer to hangout with that crowd. Theres good people there with age varieties from 30-60. Its a mature classy spot for sure. We stayed at desire for 5 nights and temptations for 9 nights. And I wish we did the opposite. Party first go here 2nd. The staff is so professional. Sofie was amazing. So was every other employee. You will not be disappointed

The staff are lovely & the property is in great shape. Do know that a party atmosphere is somewhat enforced & since the property is small, can be hard to get away from. If you’re looking for a quiet stay at a lifestyle resort, this isn’t a place I would recommend. Also, while we found most guests welcoming & non judgmental, there were a couple of truly obnoxious groups that made having a quiet dinner impossible & probably should’ve been removed from the restaurant. The place is very heteronormative, not sure how the LGBT community would feel here. This is not a reflection of the resort or staff, just the guests.

We had such a great time at Desire Pearl. It was just what we needed to celebrate our anniversary. Manager Laura Gutierrez was so attentive and helpful. The pool staff Gabriela, Joshua, Victor the daybed manager, all the bartenders, waiters, playmakers, entertainers, Miguel Angel the Somalier, and the great room caretakers all were so kind, courteous, and attentive. It truly shows that the staff enjoys working at Desire Pearl and care about the customer experience. We enjoyed our trip so much we are already planning our return!
