Property is excellent. Snorkeling directly from the beach in both paid access (turtle viewing) and free areas. Service was fantastic at all times. Food was very good overall, with Italian and the Steakhouse as standout options. Jungle areas in center of the resort make navigation around the resort a memorable experience, easy to get lost and explore new places! It’s sort of a running joke amongst guests that everyone seems to be lost while navigating the resort.
Main lobby bar is the only letdown at this property. Seating at the bar top was limited to four stools, however several other seating options were available in the area. Due to bar being open to outside and lack of fans or A/C in the bar it was very hot most nights. Bar staff had resorted to using floor drying fans to cool themselves and one of the fans being used was extremely noisy taking away from the high end feel of the rest of this resort. We instead chose to spend or evenings at the outdoor sports bar were ceiling fans and a cross breeze kept everyone cool while enjoying their after hours cocktails.
Special call out to Brandom from the entertainment group and Alan from the bar team both were fantastic and made the trip memorable
