"Solid middle of the road option"
The hotel was fine, not much curb appeal, but rooms did seem updated and felt clean. It's not downtown walkable, but just a short drive or $5 Uber trip to downtown. The desk staff was a bit gruff at each interaction - phone call ahead of check in, at check in & at check out. Maybe she was just having a rough couple of days?

"Easy access and close to local attractions"
Overall a very good experience with this location. It was within 15 minutes of all of the local attractions I was interested in and staff was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. Facilities were clean and in very good operational condition.

"Clean comfortable hotel with some minor issues"
PROS: Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to the interstate and not far drom downtown. Free parking and free hot breakfast, which was pretty good. CONS: Pretty sure the receptionist was drunk. Fitness center is hilariously sad - one treadmill in the middle of the room. There was a poster on the wall for exercises you can do on a Total Gym, but there was no Total Gym.

"Perfect Pet-Friendly Accommodations in Asheville!"
This was our third visit to Asheville, but the first time we took our 10 year old,16 pound jack-a-poo dog. Needless to say, we wondered how things would go?! The staff at Haywood Park Hotel were not only welcoming and friendly to my husband and me...but also to our dog, Kali. Our room was lovely and upon entering we found 2 delicious chocolates for us (from Chocolate Fetish in Asheville) and a dog treat with Kali's name on it from Three Dog Bakery around the corner. Kali grabbed her treat, hopped up on the bed, laid on the soft, blue (machine washable) blanket and was at home immediately. The pet water and food bowls already in the room were thoughtful....and the room of course had every amenity imaginable for humans too! The location of the hotel is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we return to Asheville (whether or not we bring Kali) we definitely plan to stay at the Haywood Park Hotel again! The hotel staff, the room and the location can't be beat! It was a treat and surpassed our expectations.

"Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast"
Stayed 4 nights in July. Loved the location , walking distance to Biltmore Village whit shops and restaurants. Staff was helpful and nice enough to store our bags the day we checked out for a few hours until our flight! Breakfast was good and was open even for the last minute walking guests. They had cookies baked in the afternoon for guests to try. Room were clean but very humid and musty smelling even with the AC running high. That is the only negative I have but an important one! For that reason I would possibly consider other hotels in the area.

"Most beautiful hotel ever!"
My one night stay, far too short, at the WIndsor Boutique Hotel in Ashville, NC was excellent. The hotel and room (suite) was truly beautiful. Every detail was fantastic! The decor, amenities, details, furnishings, and special touches were the best. The suite (302) was so beautifully decorated. I would live there! The original, or replenished wood floors were the perfect foundation for beautiful furniture, high end appliances in the kitchen, plush, plush bed, large walk-in closet with stacked, high-end washer and dryer, lovely bathroom with very nice personal items and more. The art gallery on the second floor was a nice touch. Everything, including the linens, the towels, the plush faux fur throw, the top of the line smart televisions (Yes, one in living room and one in bedroom, the guest robes, the guest slippers, abundant storage for clothing, the huge windows (with black-out shades in bedroom, location (in a great part of Downtown Ashville) with abundant restaurants and shops nearby, and helpful staff made this, far too short, stay a real pleasure. I hope to be a frequent guest of this hotel! I have traveled many places home and abroad and consider this the nicest hotel experience ever.
