"Aloft had a great location on Biltmore Avenue with a very short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. Hotel had a cool funky atmosphere. Parking was reasonably priced for downtown. The rooftop bar with the pool was really nice with a small “meadow” growing on the roof. It had a really nice view of the mountains. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again."

"The path to the dog relief area was very muddy and slippery. It had rained earlier, so I understood why. However, the path was also very rutted. They really should pave the path to create a safe way to get to the relief area. The hill is steep, so I don’t think I would even try if it was dry. Also, some owners failed to clean up after their pets and there was dog poop everywhere."
