Staff was very welcoming and both hotel restaurants had delicious items on the menu. Strongly recommend using the hotel spa services. Also very accommodating for pets without additional upcharge.

Beautiful, historic hotel with a friendly front desk staff. We loved having access to downtown Asheville within walking distance. We were disappointed, though, that even with the thermostat set to 72 in our room (401), the vent blew very cool air all night.
