This is probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at and I travel a lot. The rooms are spacious with a great kitchen area. We stayed for a month last year and almost a month this year. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with so many choices and the room that it is in - WOW! Windows all around with outside seating and great views of the Smokey Mountains and downtown. The pool is great - there's an area on the 7th floor for hanging out and watching sunsets. The laundry room is a plus. The staff couldn't be nicer. They were friendly, helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.
