Absolutely beautiful property with gardens, waterfalls, outdoor fireplace and rooms nicely decorated and comfortable. The lobby is gorgeous with the fireplace and quite welcoming. Staff was exceptional and food the best. Definitely recommend. And I might add Christmas decorations add an unexpected ambiance that is unforgettable.

This was such a wonderful place to stay for four nights over Thanksgiving! The room was amazing. The grounds are beautiful and meticulous. The staff could not have been nicer! We loved it. We'd stay again when visiting family in the area!!!

Immediately upon check in we were advised that my service dog was not allowed in the outdoor area for relaxation basically because you couldn't get to it without going through the grassy courtyard that we were not able to access. I was told to try going through the pool area but every time I try that the doors were locked. We really chose the hotel and had our plans around the fact that we could just sit out in the evenings in front of the fireplace or at a fire pit Just relax and the cooler weather have wine and have our dog relax with us but we were not able to do so. I also mention it to the lady at check in and I got the feeling that she was possibly an owner or co-owner for some reason and suggested that that would probably be something that they would want to put on their website and make sure people were aware of that. That was our whole reason for booking air and we were very disappointed about that to say the least. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable staff was professional. Breakfast and the coffee both were absolutely nothing to write home about. I've had better at a comfort inn suites. Also something else we thought about while we were there with all these things that we're not as we expected the thiefer night was well above what would be expected for what we received. We really thought we were going to a top notch hotel.
