We had a delightful stay at The Restoration. It was certainly restorative! We met two exceptional staff members during our stay. One was the head of housekeeping. I kept seeing them all around the hotel. They were extremely friendly and responsive. I had one request for a few extra hangers, which was fulfilled almost immediately. Then we saw each other at the social hour in The Watch and then met up again the next morning getting coffee at The Rise. I'm so sorry I don't recall their name, but they were so welcoming and genuinely warm and friendly. Their visibility in different areas of the hotel and interest in chatting with guests let me know they were hands-on and invested in the quality of the housekeeping services, which were excellent. The other staff member was (I think) Caitlin (??). She was manning the bar during another social hour and we got to chatting a bit. She was delightful, warm, and gracious as well! Her generosity is greatly appreciated. I would also like to note that the valets were terrific. The weather was pretty lousy during our visit and they were clearly busy, but they were consistently super helpful, kind, and efficient throughout our stay.

The best thing about the Restoration is definitely the staff. You can certainly tell it is privately on versus a corporate chain. If staying look at the details that you do not see any other quality hotels. You want because some of them are unique to the property & very forward/functional and their implementation. It seems purposeful to give image to the gentleman who built the house down the road. You feel that legacy throughout the Restoration. Choose wisely friend. ✌️🐝 w/ 🐏

We enjoyed out 2 night stay ate the Restoration. The room was comfortable and clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the 5 o’clock social hr and the basket breakfast. I was just a little disappointed that the rooftop bar was not open either night during our stay. The first night it was closed and the second, there was a wedding. No big deal. We had a very nice stay.

Restoration Asheville is an exceptional Hotel. We were greeted with an enthusiastic Hello at the Front Desk and she accommodated an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We booked a room for Disabilities so the bathroom was spacious and the shower was large; really appreciated the removable shower spray. We enjoyed the restaurant and the Roof Top Bar on Thursday night was a nice bonus. Our Valet assistant, Matt was super nice and always offered a Jeep Ride to our restaurant. He even had great suggestions for another restaurant. The only downside was having to see the park across the street which was not nicely kept. It was used by a variety of people, although, the police presence was reassuring. Overall, we would highly recommend this Hotel if you are planning on visiting Asheville or the Biltmore Estate. It was only 7 minutes away.

This hotel was the highlight of our stay! Literally from the first moment we pulled up at the valet we were treated like absolute rock stars! They all went above and beyond to help us, they drove us around town and dropped us off and picked us up at different restaurants. They made sure that everything was absolutely immaculate and for the rest of our trip we kept lamenting that we weren’t given the same service as we were at the restoration! The decor is incredible. The rooms are huge-beds are comfortable and honestly it’s the best place to stay in Asheville. Matt the valet was especially welcoming and professional. Thank you restoration!
