The Restoration is a beautiful hotel with well appointed rooms. Its location is perfect. The terrace rooms offer a great balcony. The only issue we had is that the television has the soap opera (motion blur) effect enabled, and it cannot be disabled by the hotel guest. I find this incredibly distracting when watching television and at minimum it should be a setting that can be disabled by the guest.

I chose the Restoration Hotel for a 17th anniversary get away and it was all we had hoped for. We checked in at around 7:30 and the staff was super welcoming and friendly. When they heard it was our anniversary they brought a complimentary bottle of wine to our room! The room was clean, the linens were great, and the robes were nice. The breakfast basket was a nice touch if a bit underwhelming. I appreciate good lighting and the room and bathroom had very nice lighting. Would definitely recommend.
