Sophie was outstanding!!!! The room she gave us was simply perfect. Loved the decor. Pinball downstairs was so fun. The breakfast basket every morning started my day with the biggest smile. That extra effort was amazing. The only recommendation I would have would be a fan and an in room safe. Thank you so much for everything. You are our new Asheville hotel!
