I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Restoration Hotel in Asheville. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. The valet team set the tone immediately with their friendliness & genuine willingness to help in any way. The overall vibe of the hotel is cool, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is also one of the best in Asheville, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend it.

This was our second stay at The Restoration and both times we’ve loved it. It’s clean, attractive, safe, and very comfortable. We like the downstairs bar and gameroom, the bar, the rooftop area, the happy hour, and the friendly helpful staff.

Great surprise

Absolutely beautiful hotel with little surprises throughout! The room was large with a section couch and well stocked mini bar. The bar was beautiful! The happy hour, the cute little breakfast basket… all so well done. And the service was impeccable. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, kind, and happy to help!
