We lost a bag and could not be found anywhere , the communication among the staff was so poor on where to report it, we did not find the bag which contained a milk warmer and a baby milk bottle. The indoor pool area was very dirty and not maintained well.

The room was fine. The air wouldn’t turn down but that wasn’t the end of the world. The problem that we had was with Expedia. When we got to the hotel to check in they didn’t have our reservation. This is the second time this has happened with Expedia. Luckily, they had a room available that we could have but it was not equivalent to the room that we had paid for. I will not use Expedia again for booking hotels.
