Shower leaked all over, flooding the floor and this isn’t new because LVP popped and squirted water when walking in it. Didn’t get the Mountain View room I paid for. Didn’t get the king bed I reserved, staff said “check the fine print, we never guarantee rooms”. Resort amenities were nice but required to pay a resort fee for services I never needed-pool, valet. Staff were condescending and arrogant, said I got what I paid for by booking through Expedia.

Room didn’t go well. Although the room was very spacious and could have been a great overnight stay the rooms are Extremely Dusty and I mean Visibly DUSTY on the baseboards, carpets, walls, desktop, lamps just EVERYWHERE Now if visiting someone’s home stepping into what this room looked like was so disturbing just imagine how it may have felt paying to stay in a room as such felt like. Especially someone that has medical conditions such as myself it was not pleasant and yes I did have the choice to stay or leave in any case I had just finished driving a 5 in half hour trip and was exhausted and needed to lay my head down and this wasn’t any better the bed wasn’t comfortable neither were the pillows. Will I plan to stay again I will not but I will say the front desk staff checking us in and out was very pleasant.
