We had a wonderful stay. Front desk personnel very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. We did not eat at the hotel but I am sure it would have been great it is in the heart of downtown Asheville.

Main complaint was poor lighting in the rooms. There was no additional lighting in the bathroom to assist women to see well enough to apply makeup, especially if you have eyesight issues. In the bed area there was also poor lighting for any reading. Major oversight in design.

The room was a good size and the beds werecomfortabld but in relation to the cost it was poor value for money. Thin towels, meager toiletries, cleaning only every second day which did not include removing crumbs from the floor.. no bathrobes. Only replenished things like coffee, sugar, etc. on cleaning days. For the money the standard should be much higher.

This was my first time in Asheville and I picked this hotel after reading hundreds of reviews and they were all right. This hotel is in the center of everything. High walkability, clean rooms, courteous staff, and great menu options for both breakfast and dinner. Let's not forget the view from both my room and the rooftop restaurant. I'll definitely be back to enjoy all that Cambria has to offer.
