Hotel is modern and clean. Our room had a great view of the mountains. The hotel location is ideal for walking downtown Asheville. Just an FYI - valet parking only. During this time of Covid the employees were masked (front desk at check out was not). The real spoiler for us - the morning valet was without a mask while driving our vehicle to the entrance. Completely unacceptable.

All staff were helpful and friendly. They were happy to accommodate a family member with a physical disability. Room was excellent, modern, minimalistic, & stylish. Would recommend to anyone who wants comfort and convenience. Great views. Good restaurant (Hemingway’s Cuba) in the hotel.

The Hotel was located downtown which makes getting out and walking in the city very easy. The staff was polite and courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the hotels many attributes.
