Flight Review

Mar 5, 2020

Can't complain about anything. Trip was great!! Thank you for all the helpful customer service and efficiency!!

Feb 26, 2020

Y’all amazing company!

Feb 18, 2020

Very frustrated that I could not switch to an earlier flight. My whole family was coming to DC and one daughter contracted flu and they could not come. I recognize I purchased the basic economy ticket but silly to have open seats on earlier flights and not allow to use one and potentially sell my seat again.

Feb 18, 2020

The sandwiches offered at the gangplank was a nice surprise.

Feb 17, 2020

Needed wheelchair assistance and it was easily provided and because my flight transfer was from one end in Atlanta to the other end of the terminal the attendant got me there even though they had to wait for me. Very impressed. But the drawback was that the Atlanta terminal is much to large to easily make plane transfers. In, I’m very pleased.

Jan 13, 2020

This is the first time everything went as planned. The weather was horrible and the pilots brought us safely to our destinations. Circled for 40 minutes before we could land in Greenville.

Jan 11, 2020

Flight was late and the gate was changed 4 times.

Jan 11, 2020

early arrival

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Asheville

Your journey to Asheville kicks off as soon as you've satisfied the security checks. Here are some handy tips to help you get through quickly:

  • Security personnel will request to see your travel ID and boarding pass upon arrival. Have them in an accessible place, ready for inspection.
  • Coins, belts and keys should be put in a tray for X-raying. If you enter the body scanner with these items, you'll be asked to turn back and remove them.
  • Electronic devices such as laptops, phones and cameras are always put through the X-ray machine separately. Be sure to have them within easy reach.
  • When you get to the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to put all creams, gels and liquids in a separate bin for scanning. Make sure they're all stored in containers smaller than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Think about the type of footwear you want to fly in. Slippers are awesome because they're a cinch to step out of for the airport security checks. Try wearing some on your next journey!
  • Put any pocketknives or other pointy metal items in your checked luggage. Security won't allow these aboard the aircraft.
