Location and cost of hotel is excellent. Property is smaller than competitors but is nice for what we needed (parking was easy). Room is basic but nice, has a larger fridge and microwave. Husband and kids loved breakfast. Staff was sparse and you don’t get ANY housekeeping which was a little tricky, unless requested (we stayed 4 days and that’s a long time without fresh towels, sheets, or trash emptying) which was tricky when staff was rarely at the front desk. We would definitely stay again, great option for the area!

Courteous staff, clean, quiet room. I was happy to see that there was no carpet, but vinyl flooring that can actually be kept clean. Breakfast was ok, but by the 4th morning, I was wishing for something different. Overall, a good stay. I would stay there again.

Our stay was pleasant, hotel is clean, room was a little outdated, breakfast was basic but okay for a one night stay, quiet location but close to downtown, Blue Ridge Pkwy and other sights. Parking is small although we found a spot without an issue. Overall, I recommend it for a quick stay.
