Any room close to the main road is very noisy. Also, my room’s shower head was a at like 5’ - I’m 6’. Felt weird to bend over to wash my hair . I picked this hotel because it had a 9.2 rating on the site . Definitely not at that level - but not the worse either .

The suite we were provided was excellent! Claudia, at the first desk, was warm, friendly and pleasant. Her kind personality made our stay even more enjoyable. Odain, also at the front desk, was also friendly.

The hotel was great. However, Ashville has still not recovered from the hurricane and due to lots of road work the traffic was horrendous. We went for pleasure/vaca and it was so bad that we were in sight of the hotel for 45 minutes before we got through the 2 lights to get to it. We planned on going downtown Ashville but we're able to muster the courage to fight 2 hrs of traffic to cover the 10 miles to get there. Ashville is not ready for tourists yet!

Rooms nice. Shower only had luke warm water. Fairly quite. Stayed on Saturday night. Parking was very very tight. Breakfast ends at 930 even on a sunday which is a bummer for sure. Bed comfoer was the best feature.
