Our room could use some additional cleaning and maintenance, but it was overall sufficient for one night in waiting for our early morning flight. The hotel was conveniently located near the Asheville airport.

room was clean - BIGGEST CHALLENGE - the height of the bed. My mother 81 years old post hip replacement had MAJOR trouble getting into the bed due to the height. I am 5'11" and when I sit on the edge my feet DO NOT TOUCH the floor. Beds are comfie but... We did a quick stay due to early flight out from AVL. The shuttle was ready to roll when we came down @ 5:30am! not handicap ready but.. that one I can understand more. but worth noting.

Staff wasn’t super friendly. The room wasn’t clean, particularly the bathroom. The bathtub had hair in it, the sink was barely hanging on the wall. The tub handle was also barely hanging on. I was really surprised this hotel had good ratings.

The front desk staff a young lady was very courteous, the rooms are okay nothing too fancy for what you pay for, the cleanliness was not to detail could do a bit better in the bathroom. Oh and the walls are very thin I could literally hear people in the next room on their phones or watching tv as if they were in my room, and lastly the breakfast was good.
