We LOVED this resort but want to give a special shoutout to Guadalupe (our house keeper for the week) and Diego (bartender at the manatee bar) they both went above and beyond to make out stay extra special! There was one thing that didn’t meet expectations, and that was our birthday banner's and cake. We were told they would be on our door on each of our birthdays (14th & 18th) and they weren’t. We offered to pay for those services at check in but were told that wasn’t necessary. To be fair, that was the ONLY negative thing about our stay. Bordeaux, the French restaurant, was delicious! Marco served us both nights and he remembered our allergies, names and just made everything perfect!! The service at this resort was 100/10! We will be back!!

Honestly this is the first time we visit Cozumel to celebrate my birthday. But this is not our first time staying in all inclusive resort. We have been to Cancun and los Cabo’, and we felt the room needs maintenance and repair. Food is not very good. Overall, we can’t give a high rating for this resort!

Great resort, lots to do with great staff. Nice pools and beach front. Lot of dining options, some where just decent and others like the sushi place is great.
