"Everything was excellent!! We loved it! Room service was the BEST so fast and so good! The concierge Hussein went above and beyond for us. We couldn't find him when we were leaving to thank him personallywe had a terrible experience unfortunately with the people that were putting together the excursions and we’re offering free excursions in exchange change for having us attend a presentation. Our backs went out during the trip. We were in a lot of pain and we could not go on the excursion, nor could we walk around the whole property for the presentation when she misled me to believe that it was in a room sitting or something for one hour. Then when it came right down to it, it was going on extensive walks around the property and inspecting and looking at various rooms and things. Inappropriate for us we couldn’t do it so we tried to cancel, and then we were told that we would still have to pay for the excursion, even though we could not attend because of medical issues. Very, very disappointed at that and ultimately we got out of it and had to sign a settlement agreement saying we would not discuss it. Well, I’m discussing it now. "Beautiful house that fit our family of 16 perfectly. Kids were in the pool all day and loved the lagoon with kayaks and paddle boards. Only problem was not enough seating at the big table..chairs are too wide to get 16. Loved golf cart usage. "
