"Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly & helpful. The food at all the restaurants and suite service was wonderful! The whole resort was peaceful and calm. Not a bunch of rowdy 20 year olds lol. Had my hair cut in the spa and that area was also relaxing. My son and fiancé made reservations for the teepee dinner on the beach and they said the whole experience was A+. 100% recommend "

"Complete privacy and a private, heated pool were our reasons for choosing Villa Nueve at Copala. Having travertine floors throughout, accents in wood, smart TVs in each bedroom, plenty of outdoor space including the entire roof area with a couch, were all features we appreciated very much. The amenities felt like home. The property was easy to access, but hard to leave. Just as you’d like your vacation to be. "

"The home and property is very well appointed, clean and nice amenities. I only stayed one night and was limited in my access to the amenities for this reason. I greatly appreciated the assist by the staff to allow me to come into the home at during final stages of cleaning due to early arrival. The tower doesn't have a lobby so there was not much option to escape the heat. WhatsApp was very useful to contact the concierge and the host. The shuttle to Quivira and sunset beach were a challenge but they worked out (I would suggest having a golf cart or car available, I'm told golf carts can be rented somehow). The property is walkable to Quivira (about 25 min) as the shuttle doesn't start until 730 so I walked for a 7AM tee time. My stay on 8/31 was during low season so the grill was minimally staffed and some restaurants/pools at sunset beach were also closed for renovations.Beautiful property and would stay here again and knowing more about Copola community operations after my visit will better prepare for future visits. If you have a vehicle you won't have challenges getting around. It would have been nice to stay longer and play more golf and use the pools. They really are quite nice."
