"Customer service is awful. We have called them at least 7 times trying to get a GM, concierge, security someone to help getting our packages shipped back to us. We even emailed the concierge and were told on more than 1 occasion that someone would call us back in an hour, crickets! We finally were given the concierge's direct line, but it always goes right to voicemail. A UPS package was delivered there for us on 6/3; we checked out on 5/30 and told the hotel many times to refuse the package so it would come back to us in Maine. As far as we know the package is still there. There is also 1 dress in a box we need shipped back as well as angel wings which are not in a box. My girlfriend was part of Miami Swim Week held at this hotel. The suite (1701) also had some very noisy things going on in the adjoining walls; sort of line constant elevator or plumbing noises. We would love to talk to a GM or someone who can gets things done. When you call Guest Services, the personnel are great, but they are powerless to get anyone of authority to help or call back."

"Very disappointing experience. The first surprise was a mandatory valet parking fee that was not clearly disclosed during booking. When I asked about alternatives, the valet attendant could not provide any other parking option. Check-in was extremely slow, and the front desk staff showed little interest in providing good customer service. The most surprising part was finding earplugs placed on the bed. I soon understood why. The constant noise throughout the night made it nearly impossible to sleep. The noise was so bad that I ended up leaving the hotel at 5:00 AM and finding another place to stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. "

"The stay was affordable and very nice. We stayed here for one night for a cruise. It is 14 mins from Port of Miami, very easy to find. The Front desk guy said his name was Mohammed not sure if that’s so… But he was very helpful and paid attention to details. Loved that we were able to print our ship passes for free. Very nice hotel close to sexy fish and Komodo restaurants very popular in Miami. Overall experience 10/10"
