My room was clean and I had a great view. The staff was courteous and prompt. I liked that I could check in early for minimal fee. I had just gotten off a cruise and arrived to the hotel at 9:30. The only issue I had was that the breakfast buffet was pricey ($40) but there was a good variety and the food was great.

Under renovation and needs it. They've let it go bad. We didn't have towels or soap, shower had cold water, room was musty and AC didn't work. Other than that it was great.

When checking in the young lady never acknowledged us she just kept looking at a computer instead of letting us know someone would be with us shortly. There was a flood at the hotel the day before & guest were severely inconvenienced. The lobby was in disarray with loud machines constantly blowing during my stay I’m assuming to dry the water(?). There was a gaping hole in the roof of the lobby. The elevators were inoperable the next day & we had to take the staff/maintenance elevator to get to the lobby vice versa & the want was 30 minutes. I was on the 21st floor. Also our room was facing the front of the hotel & the way the traffic is bumper to bumper the exit which causes the drivers to honk their horns all day long Outdated rooms nice looking exterior My stay was 10/31-11/3
