Pros: able to check in early, rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet even with busy traffic right outside our window. Cons: A few of the staff, the concierges in particular, were rude when we tried to talk about anything other than what they were selling. I chose this hotel because it's close to the cruise port. We paid for their shuttle service to the port. It left half an hour later than the time we reserved. The entire operation was disorganized. We've had a better experience at other hotels where the shuttle service was free.
