If everything was working as it should it’d be a great hotel to recommend. However, the pool area was completely shut, something that was never communicated when booking. Also the building site next door was extremely loud, you couldn’t sit outside for breakfast due to the extreme construction noise. Until all of this is complete I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The pool and outside area was closed for construction. And on my second day the hotel was out of power for over 12 hours. No hot water, no lights, etc…

Room was dirty, tiny. We lost power for several hours. Had to get ready in the dark with no AC. Had to get switched to a different hotel at 1am which ended up being even worse and even smaller. Construction and jack hammer noise at both places. The second one we had to move to was basically a motel quality. We didn’t even stay the remainder of our stay and got a totally new hotel. Horrible.

They charged us upon arrival for our room on our credit card but we already prepaid it then told us they needed to keep it ok hold on our car u til we left…never mentioned the pool had no water in it and that it was under construction. We to relax poolside and it was empty. Not that impressed I would not come back.
