We booked a wheelchair accessible bathroom and elevator Sent many emails for confirmation about our request and no reply Upon arrival the mean girl front desk staff told us the elevator is broken and they will have to move to another tower were elevator is working but the room assigned shouldn’t be offered to a guest and specifically for the companion was in wheelchair uneven floor dirty walls no bathroom accessible at all no ventilation and the the windows were blocked!!!!!! FYI: Hotels generally cannot rent a room with blocked windows to a disabled person if it violates safety codes, such as fire egress requirements, or if the blocked window interferes with mandated accessible features (e.g., lighting or environmental control needs). The ADA requires accessible rooms to provide equal, safe, and functional access. ADA.gov ADA.gov +2 Key Considerations: Safety and Egress: Windows are often required for emergency exit or ventilation. A room with permanently blocked windows may violate fire codes, which is a major liability for hotels. Accessible Room Standards: The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires specific accommodations. If the blocked window inhibits the ability to use necessary equipment or limits accessibility, it is illegal. The building we stayed in was 1 of 3 hotels. It seemed pretty old. The walls were thin, no ventilation aside from windows that wouldn't stay open (the push up kind - seals not replaced). There were no bath hooks in the bathroom. So we had nowhere to put our towels and scatter them all over the room to dry and hang from bed frames or closet. Not convenient. Walkability to everything was great though. No need for a car in that area. Shops, food and everything was there. 1 block from the beach was super nice. The complimentary breakfast buffet was limited but the food tasted great for what they offered. There was music from the DJ until midnight everyday. It's a party area with Spring Breakers so I get it. Still it kept us up.

The service was just ok. Upon arrival, there wasn’t a place to store luggage so we had to bring our bags to go get food. The room was nice, but it was hard to get the TV to work and there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. The location is great as it is a short walk to the beach.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating. There was no proper space to pull over and unload our luggage, and the valet staff standing outside literally saw us and then turned around and walked back into the hotel without helping us at all. When we finally checked in at the front desk, we were told that parking is run by a completely different company. Only after checking in were we sent to another location to pay an extra $43 for parking. On top of that, we were told to park the car ourselves first, and then they would take over. This whole process was extremely confusing and poorly handled. The service was honestly unbelievable. It got even worse when we were leaving. We waited an hour and a half just to get our car back. No explanation, no updates. I honestly have no idea what they were doing with guests’ cars. We almost missed our flight because of this. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay here again. Be warned.

I arrived at this hotel for Check in with reservations and was refused check in because I did not have my physical card on person but had virtual and they would not allow me to use tap pay. I was still charged for the room and have not received and refund even though I did not check in and stay. I had to find another hotel that would allow me to use my tap pay. I have reached out to the hotel and and have not received anything back

Was very affordable, however, was not greeted did not feel very welcome. The valet was rude and was on FaceTime with a female the entire time I was there did not help me carry my luggage in when I asked him for my vehicle. He would look at me and say one second and then continue to stay on the phone and then would disappear in my car. Would show up like 30 minutes later. The rooms were also very high and my AC unit on my wall, kept shutting off, woke up in sweats just a fitted sheet and a blanket as a comforter, not quite sure about that and then to top everything all off, I went to take a shower in the morning and I was standing in about 4 inches of water, including all the dirt that I had just washed my body because the drain wasn’t working. Both pools were closed when I got there and there are elevators.

When we first entered the room, there was a weird musty smell of mold. It was very bad hospitality. The front desk did not treat us well at all. We asked for a manager she came out and showed us three other rooms that had the same exact smell, and it was not safe for me or my mom.
