Hi Kathleen, Thank you for leaving a review on your stay so far at Fontainebleau.We are terribly disappointed to hear it has not been perfect so far. With regards to your issues with the TV, we are sorry for the inconvenience it has caused unto you. And while your TV did have issues prior to the storm. The current outage has affected most of the property, which means our engineering team is unable to attend to TV related issues until the systems are up again. We appreciate the patience you have had and we understand the frustration you have gone through. In our guest services, we aim for a much higher standard of service than what you have been met with. This will be raised to the relevant persons and departments, as being dropped when needing assistance is absolutely unacceptable. Regarding the room, please contact our housekeeping services so we can see how we can assist with this.
