My entire stay was amazing! The staff, food, beach view, resort grounds and most of all the safety. Oh i cannot forget the spa and Christopher. He treated me like the ultimate gentlemen. I also want to mention Gabriel from Prime 54 he was wonderful. And all the ladies standing at entrances and pool access points. Thanks for doing a difficult job with a smile. We paid extra for an ocean balcony. However it was not ocean front. It was ocean view. Also the people who were in the room next to us smoked and vaped on the balcony so everytime we wanted to sit outside they were out smoking and vaping so we had to go back inside because of the smell. Also there should be a designated smoking area at the pool. Too many cigarettes and cigars all around. They were letting people smoke cigars wile in the pool. Gross

It was okay. But loud and confusing. We arrived at 1 am police blocked enterance off large lines of cars to get in. The staff allowed us to enter no place to park the car. Left it out front while checking in. Long lines at check in. They told me to move my car to a different spot for valet. No valet there. Waited a long time. No valet came. Had to wait in long check in line to inquire what to do with car. The front desk took the keys to valet it for us. Next morning it took a while to find the car. But valet found it. Long line at valet at 400 am when we trying to leave for airport. Pools and beach were nice. But service was poor
