They didn't have no towels or wash cloths they told me that they have to wait for housekeeping to come in at 11 and check out was not until 11 and if i have to extend my check out time i had to pay 60.00 mind you this is there fault that i didn't have nothing to wash my ass never staying here again mind you i used to stay here when i come to Miami.

En lineas generales es bien, bonito y limpio. El staff de la recepción super atento y servicial. Sin embargo la cama no está en buenas condiciones, la nevera no enfría para nada. De resto, es chevere para una noche o dos.

The hotel is under construction. The bathroom had holes that needed to be filled due to the work being done. There were bugs all over the room (both dead and alive) crawling on the walls.

This property does NOT look like the photos. I arrived in the evening and it was scary! The room was small and the bathroom was not pleasant and the bed felt like cardboard. Save your time and upgrade, sometimes you dont get what you pay for.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by your gracious hostess, Florencia. She couldn’t be more accommodating for us. Providing information on questions we had regarding salons and also offered to make appointments for us, which is beyond what I had expected. At checkout, it was just as seamless as it was checking in with your lovely hostess Florencia greeting us and thanking us for our patronage and asking us to come again soon. The location was a perfect spot for what we wanted.

It was inexpensive for being close to the beach. There was hair in the shower from previous guests, the toilet seat was loose and they didn't have any one there to fix it, 1 of the bathroom floor tiles was cracked.

Location is great. Rooms are basic but sufficient for a nights stay. Hotel is 2 floors and doesn't have a elevator. We requested a first floor room due to my companion recently having a hip replacement. Accommodated us with no problems. Cute little rooftop area

Good for a short stay

The cove is a small boutique hotel. The address was hard to find with GPS. The entrance is tucked away. Check in was good. No key, you punch in a code. Room was small but clean and comfortable. We are staying here for one night before the cruise.
