Excellent hotel with many amenities and great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was spotless and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool, free bike rental and proximity to beach (beach chairs provided by hotel as well).

My room was moldy and damp. I notified the front desk and they told me there were no more rooms available. Upon checkout I asked for the manager and he asked me why I didn’t inform him the next morning. I informed him of what I was told the night before and he stated it was “common sense” to ask for another room. I would think it’s common sense not to put hotel guests who spend $300-$400 per day to be there in a moldy room. There was mold on the blinds, ceiling corners, walls, bedding and condensation would build up on furniture. The manager said there was nothing that he could do other than to offer late checkout.. let’s go back to this “common sense” thing… why would one stay longer in a room that has complaints of health hazards? If relaxation is what you strive for, this hotel is not it. Parking (even with valet is stressful), music is loud but luckily there is a noise ordinance in place. And most of all the rooms do not look like the pictures and they need to do maintenance on building 3 majorly. Second floor is hot and moldy

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was so accessible and convenient, which made our trip stress-free. The restaurants downstairs were incredible, especially Dalia – the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary bikes, which let us ride around and explore Miami at our own pace. Since it rained during our stay, we really appreciated that umbrellas were always available in the lobby. By the pool and the beach, fresh towels and beach chairs were never an issue – they were always ready for us, which made relaxing super easy. Overall, this hotel thought of everything to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

This is an old property but very well-maintained and clean. The staff were awesome and every interaction was memorable which is very rare in my traveling experience. Somewhat expensive for coffee or food; however, you have to search to find cheaper options in the south beach area. There’s also public parking around the corner which makes renting a car an attractive option. I would book again with this hotel.

Great location and very nice staff. Caution, if you need onsite wifi this hotel has horrible signal strength in all areas pools rooms dining. Room soap dispensers are a disaster just avoid frustration and take them out of the holder to use. Basic rooms are small and have limited storage for clothes no place to hang wet clothes. They should put some hooks on the back of the washroom door. Rooftop pool nice but it is just a hot tub in the summer so avoid it and use the main pool for something more refreshing. Hotel use bikes are great hit. Beach chairs are offered but they don't have beach umbrellas so unable to enjoy the beach as a umbrella is a must have in the summer heat. One more warning the staff don't mention they have included a 20% tip on all your bills and then you have another option to add a tip! lol, so double tipping is common. Overall nice place.
