We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and perfect. My only complaint is that we had 3 registered guests, but were given only 2 towels for the first night. I turned in the used towels with housekeeping the next morning, because there was no reason for them to have to clean out room, and asked for 3 new towels, plus a couple of hand towels as replacements but they never came… we had to call down to front desk when we arrived back from the beach at 6pm to ask again, and wait to shower. No big deal, but I think that when you check in 3 guests, you should be getting at least 3 towels. Otherwise the staff was fantastic, and the amenities exactly what we needed.

The Washroom Shower was plugged and I had complaint about it and was told it would be looked after right away but was not during my stay. NO pressure in the Shower and not just my unit as we had booked 2 units, same problem. Reception Staff not to accommodating but the rest of the staff was Great. I expected better service for the price of the rooms.

They ran out of washcloths, toilet seat was loose. We checked in at midnight hit room and key would not work , someone opened the door and we woke them up. Wasn’t our room , had to go back downstairs twice and then got correct room very embarrassing but clerk didn’t think anything of it
