Had to pay $200 resort fee, $210 off site parking, room was damp and carpet so dirty left black on my feet after 8 steps. Window did not shut completely. Key for elevator stopped working. Breakfast was all carbs except lunch meat and cheese. Had to pay for eggs. Ceiling fan did not work, ac barely worked. Photos online not an accurate depiction of the property. Absolutely not worth the price to stay here. Never again. So disappointed.

Waited in line for 40 min to check in. They had to males working the counter that were so sidetracked trying to help the people that would just walk up. They should have a separate check in desk from the hotel amenities desk. Only one working elevator. Rooms are a little outdated, small bathroom. On a positive note housekeeping staff was friendly.

This property is stuck in the 80's it needs a serious facelift, everywhere you look something is wrong, wallpaper peeling off walls, stained carpets, smelly floors, rooms are so outdated, DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS, the bathroom and shower look like prison cells, small dingy crappy patchwork on walls, floors stained from who knows what, some of the hotel employees were very friendly, and then you had your front desk people not so much, so cant say much for them it was a give or take depending on who you encountered, the pool was nice, although walking on it would rip your feet, the floor of the pool needs some serious work as well, breakfast was ok, they don't mention that the eggs and other hot stuff is charged $10 a plate though, they only mention FREE breakfast, the beach and the attendant on the beach setting out chairs and umbrellas was the nicest guy there, always checking to see if people were comfortable and needed anything like the umbrella moved or an extra chair whatever, that was a saving grace and made staying here bearable, back to the room, the phone didn't work AT ALL asked 3 times to have it looked at one guy came up said he'd look at it in the morning never came back, AC was hot as and never went below 74, all in all it wasn't worth the stay and I would never go back here again

The property is right on the beach, with a nice pool. The room is dated, but the view is great! Room wasnt ready until 5. Asked for extra pillows 3 times and never recieved them. Bed was comfortable. 3 stars total.

Yes, the property is a bit old but our room was clean. Although a partial renovation is done still some parts need to be updated. For instance the key system is not reliable so you’ll need very often to replace your key cards with new ones. The good point was that maintenance guy came immediately and fixed it. The hotel is with beach front and they provide you sun chairs and umbrellas which is a big plus. To get to the hotel from the MIA airport is very easy by Metro Bus 150 and then trolley Collins Express. As the trolley is free of charge you need to pay just for the bus i.e. 2,25$ Breakfast needs improvement-for instance to be added egg, scrambled egg or omelet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again.

I was surprissed how bad the service was when we arrived. The reception was out of control with guests shouting and complaining during check in...? We arrived very late to the room and the TV dident function, the shower was either very hot or just cold. In the morning the breakfast, like the check in was out of control, nothing seems to function like it should.... Better not to give this breakfast then what they produced. I am not sure what the future holds for this property but acting like a hotel will not be one option.
