The front desk lady who greeted us upon check in at 2 am was extremely rude. There was no parking at the hotel and we had to park 4-5 blocks away which was very inconvenient Bc my partner is disabled. Also, We didn’t get any sleep Bc our room was very noisy. My daughter had a photo shoot at 7 am and couldn’t sleep with all the street noise. The only nice people were the security guard that helped bring in our luggage and the bell hop that helped take our luggage out. We will never stay here again.

Good Afternoon and thank you for sharing your honest feedback! We strive to provide our guests with the best service! It strikes us to read that is not what you were given from the front desk agent. I wish that you could have provided us with her name so that we could have addressed this review accordingly. We do offer self parking at our lot that is less than a block away. We allow guests to load/unload in front of the hotel and then go to park the car. If there was an inconvenience with noise we would have liked to have been aware of that. We could have possibly moved you to another room towards the back of the hotel on a higher floor.

Service was great and people were nice. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with children. The entire place smelled like weed. I’d go again without my children. The smell didn’t get into our room thankfully. However the walls were very thin we could hear everything our very loud neighbors did. Overall room was clean. Daily upkeep wasn’t ideal, no towel or soap replacement without asking. No sweeping and we had small crumbs pile up under the bed. Bathroom could have been cleaner (door ledges) the detail places were lacking. Food was really good from the backyard though.

Location of this place was right on the beach which was very convenient. The pictures provided made the place look way nicer than it actually is. The property looked good but the room needed updating and we were located directly across from the elevator and the entire night we kept hearing the elevator ding. The walls and doors are thin so you hear a lot. Based on the pictures we thought this would be less likely a party hotel and we were wrong. They actually had beer cups littering the pool area and some of those cups were even in the water. I’m glad we didn’t stay long because I would’ve considered switching hotels.

Everything that you will want to be apart of is right around the corner from us. All of our guests rooms have recently been fully remodeled and updated. Our guests are very happy with the change. We wish that we were made aware of the inconvenience that you experienced with the noise. We would have worked on moving you to another room. The next time you are in Miami please let me know and I will make sure to handle your reservation.
