I would absolutely come back to the savoy. The customer service was impeccable, specifically highlighting Marco and everyone by the beach chairs who made the experience so above and beyond. The hotel is absolutely stunning itself, and really makes an amazing holiday escape. I can’t wait to be back!

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had the Ocean View King Suite with balcony. Large room but I would say bed needs updating and tiles on bathroom floor could do with being replaced as look worn and old. The hotel lacks atmosphere in the evenings and could do with some light entertainment. There is no restaurant to speak of - just a small sand bar with a few tables. Nowhere to sit indoors to eat if you wanted. If you are English, take your own tea bags as they do not provide English tea but we bought some from a great supermarket across the street called Wallgreens. The staff there were very helpful. Pool area was clean and very pleasant.

It was amazing as always- the only critique would be the daily charge to use the beach / chairs of 60$( usd) when it was 8°c or raining cats and dogs. I don't see how that is anything but a money grab and not very guest focused. I also had to ask three times to have the alcohol removed from my room and housekeeping comes around 4pm which is siesta time for mostl.

Be careful here - we did not have our room servicecd for 3 nights in a row - and when I asked the front desk he made up some elaborate story as to why (at another hotel a cleaner walked in on a couple) an then told me I could request housekeeping at a particular time. I thought that was extrodinary and told him i had never heard of that before - I then happened to run into housekeeping at 6pm that night (when she finally got to our room and I said we were back, dont bother but could I have some fresh towels) and I checked in with her about the "booking a time for the room to be cleaned" story and she just stared at me and then confirmed that is not the case she just hadn't made it to our room because the hotel was fully booked and she became too busy. I never usually leave a review but I couldn't let this slide. In any event, you cant beat the location and the team on the beach were fantastic.

I had a great stay at The Savoy and would absolutely return. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was outstanding — genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. Marco, the concierge, deserves a special mention for being friendly and offering great suggestions. I traveled solo, and safety is a big priority for me. I felt completely safe the entire time — never once uncomfortable in the hotel or on the property. The beach was clean, well maintained, and the beach staff was excellent. Honestly, I can’t say enough about the staff overall — they were consistently amazing and really elevated the experience. A few minor things to note: The rooms are very, very small. For one person, it felt tight. For two people, you’d likely be tripping over each other. With a child, it would be impractical. There is ample closet space, but the actual living/sleeping area is extremely limited. At $300+ per night, I would strongly recommend upsizing if you’re traveling with more than one person. Housekeeping signage was a bit confusing at first — they use a hanging system rather than traditional door signs. The building is an older boutique / Art Deco hotel, so walls are thin and you can hear people above you. It didn’t bother me personally, but light sleepers should consider this. There are no full-length mirrors in the rooms or anywhere in the building. That said, the location, vibe, and service more than make up for those limitations. I’m already planning my next trip back. The room was outdated, furniture could have been cleaned/updated. The mattress felt covered with plastic and the frame needed some TLC. On the sunny side: The beach setup was what you stay there for! WOW what a treat. The very best part was the pool and garden...I wish it could have been open later because it was amazing!

Stayed in room 326 Nov 7and 8. Everything was good but not great. The room itself was very spacious and clean. If I had a suggestion, get new flooring throughout this room. The tiles werent dirty but they looked it from wear and tear. Also there is a huge spot right by the south sliding glass door that is very soft and sinks. Im not sure if its from water damage or warping but it should be fixed. Other than that the entire staff, from the front desk to the pool were very friendly professional.
