Disappointed :( Pros - Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very spacious. Beach and pools are great. Spa is amazing, got an incredible massage from Ines. Cons - I think the property is overall outdated. No smart tv’s in the room, furniture seemed old. The menus need more options/variety. There was also a huge convention going on at the property for my entire stay.. obviously not the hotels fault - but had I know it was going to be packed with people there for a work convention I definitely would have stayed somewhere else. No where near the other 5 star hotels in Miami in my opinion. But a third of the price.

It’s very pretentious for what it offers. I didn’t like that Eden Roc shares the same common spaces than Nobu. The food served at lobby was pretty mediocre for sushi supposedly prepared by Nobu brand. The rooms were very clean. Noise level very low which is good. Elevators worked very well, never have to wait long for an elevator. Overall it was a good experience

Great stay, great amenities. I didn’t realise it was combined with another ‘less luxury’ hotel which does deduct from the experience a bit, but the Nobu rooms are amazing and the fact there is a Nobu only pool works well. There could do with being more beds around the Nobu pool, as it’s busy at weekends - the beach could also do with being split better from the other hotel as it takes forever for a bed and the staff are overrun. Great stay, however, and would return!
