The room was clean. The sheets and towels are updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. It has small but nice pool area. The location is outstanding. The beach is right across the road and there are lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, the Walgreens and Publix are also a short walk and make it very convenient for all the small things you may need as well as just grabbing some food and bringing it back to the hotel to eat. The only thing that could use improving is the tv /cable is not high definition and the picture quality is poor. That should be an easy update. Also the bathroom fixtures should be update as they are really showing their age, oh and no Kleenex provided. Other than these small things it was a great price and I would go back.

The room felt very bare and neglected. There was visible mold in the AC unit and on the shower tiles, and the wood at the bottom of the bathroom door was splintering. Overall, the room felt more like a step above a hostel. I wouldn’t necessarily mind that if the price reflected it, but at $150 per night, I expected much better quality and upkeep. It was also strange that there were no utensils available anywhere on the property, especially since food is sold in the lobby. On a positive note, the room itself was clean, the hotel is in a good location, and parking onsite was easy and convenient. Unfortunately, based on the overall condition and value for the price, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

This is an older Miami Beach hotel. Slightly long in the tooth but well maintained. I have stayed at many hotels in Miami Beach near the convention center over 20 years of attending the Miami Boat show. I have paid way more than this hotel charged for a room that was not this nice. This hotel provided great value. bed comfortable, hot water, in room fridge, and clean. If you are expecting 4 or 5 star service this place is not for you. If you just need a clean comfortable place to sleep while you do other things in Miami it provides a good value option.
