The check in procedure was a mess. Instead explaining everything needed first, we would fill one request and then we were told of the others. I had to go back outside four times to gather information before we were checked in. The staff acted as though we were a burden to them. As we got to the room, we noticed that the air unit was extremely loud. When it got the room to temperature it would turn off. As it turned off, it sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. We called the rental agency and they sent someone out but all they did was to see if it was one. We had to deal with a loud air unit the whole week. You can tell that the unit was older and not kept up well in the past because of mold in the bathroom, mismatched paint on the walls and door and the horrible plaster work around the air unit. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything in the unit next door. This was not what I expected.

Physical room conditions were in poor repair. Furniture and beding was as cheap as you can find it. Provided few towels and washcloths with no options to exchange or get fresh. Internet was hit and miss. TV t v was only connected via an antenna.

Not at all, wardrobe door was broken, towels were old and smelly. Also the washroom flush was not working, neither was shower head. Only the location of the building is good due to access to beach but overall apartment need renovation.

I rented from them expecting relaxing cuz I have cancer. I also have a port catheter meaning I can’t get in the shower. I wanted to take a bath but the tub was painted with paint all the way around and inside. The Wi-Fi didnt work at all I couldn’t contact my family unless I left the hotel. No phone in the room is disappointing. There was banging and knocking from construction on my floor at 8am a dog across the hall barking when people came near the door different times of the night. Very disappointing especially the tub I really wanted to relax

Weird check in process, valet was too busy and therefore time consuming. Not handicap accessible as the only way to get from your car is up some stairs to the elevator, or they force you to go down a ramp by the pool entrance. Room was mid, near the loud elevator. Only redeeming quality at the paint chipped crumbling establishment was the heated pool.

The room was very unsanitary and fun clean. The tub was clogged before anyone used it. The towels had stains on them.The doors and mirrors also had brown strains. The vents were dusty. We left after one night and book another place at Sentral Alea which was around the same price . It wakes over 20 minutes for valet to bring your car. They need self parking. They refused to give us a refund due to their policy although the room was uninhabitable. When their management called about 5 days later they stated maintenance was in their way, then accused me of still being in the room although I checked out on Sunday and it was Friday. They didn’t realize it was a new reservation in that room.Please do not book this place!
