Checkin - No one was at the desk. Waiting 15 mins before someone arrived. I had an issue, the person was suppose to call me back with an update. Turns out she took down the wrong number and didnt check the system to verify when there was no answer. So I never recieved the call The noise is bad. Lots of distrubing talking and other guest having sex. Walls are very thin. I complained to the front desk and he adviced me to “just wait 20 minutes”, for it to stop. He also told me that there are worst rooms and that he only puts guest with 1 night stays in those. So, you have been warned! Room- While Im told it was the largest, it was over the lobby with the bus stop outside the window. I could not sleep until 2am. I heard everything. Even lovers arguing while waiting for the bus. Last, the room floors are not clean. My feet soles got dirty so, I bought some slippers the 2nd day. The area is good, but the hotel should be downgraded to 2star. No parking, low room quality and no staff. The bar and onsite resturant makes it only slighty better than a Days Inn. Lower your expecations and the price you are willing to pay.

We do not have microwaves in our standard rooms, but our one-bedroom suites have a kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and stove top as well as dishware, cookware, and utensils. Please let us know when anything is unsatisfactory such as the water pressure or the shower head and we will do our best to correct the issue and improve your stay. Terrible hotel

Pros: From desk lady was very polite.
Cons: They have to improve a lot
Location: The location is not the best, there is a high risk of accident when you try to walk to cross the road. Things to do nearby are ok.
Very bad experience in this "Hotel". The picture that people see in Travelocity about this hotel is not the reality. 1. The "pool" is like tiny Jacuzzi, with five people inside is full and uncomfortable. 2. There cero elevator for people with disabilities or diseases. 3. There is only five parking spots in the whole "hotel". 4. The beds are totally uncomfortable. 5. To go to your room you have to pass for the middle of the restaurant there is no other way to access to your room and lastly the "hotel" location is hard to found due to has different names in both walls and the building number is not visible from your car.

We are a historic property, so we must preserve the names of the building however our Oceanside signs are on the street as well as on the building. Unfortunately, our property was built without elevators. The pool is great for cooling off, but certainly not for taking laps. We are currently working on a parking lot exclusive to our guests, for convenience. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider us again for a future stay.

Nice Beach Hotel

Pros: I liked the price of the hotel considering I booked it the day I was arriving.
The one night we stayed in this hotel was decent. It was a bit strange to have to walk through the restaurant (what the front desk clerk told us to do) to get to the part of the building with our room. However, I realized there was a side entrance that didn't require walking through the restaurant. We were also on the 2nd floor, and there wasn't an elevator (no big deal, just FYI). The location is convenient since it's very close to the beach yet in a quiet area.

Hotel close to the beach, can’t see it though.

View of Construction, hotel is tiny with absolutely no parking whatsoever. Have to park in public parking and pay 3$ for every 2 hours you don’t move the vehicle (get the parking app you can keep up from your phone). No pool, no breakfast, if I were to do it all again I would pay extra money every night for a nicer hotel.

Hi Dustin! Thank you for your review. We are disappointed you did not have a better stay with us. You are correct, we do not have parking on property and is limited on Miami Beach. There are two lots within a 5-minute walk of the property, for a charge. Our property amenities include a pool and an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please consider us in the future once our parking lot is complete for ease of parking.

Nice apartment cando style rooms. A little noisey being that we where right by the street, but I personally didn’t mind.Nice restaurant at the hotel. Food was great, but I have to say the service was very slow. Certainly could use improvements in that area since they charge gratuity automatically. Overall our stay was good.

No place to park horrible worried whole time

Parking disaster. Up grade to suite not worth it. Staff not helpful with parking info. Worried car would be towed. Had to leave early because of this. Never again.

Don't stay here.!!!!

I booked my stay for a week I arrived one day late and had to leave 4 days early bcuz of an emergency back home the hotel makes you pay a $100 holding fee at the front desk as you arrive for check in for whatever reason and when I called for a refund the hotel refused which was down right ridiculous so I had to call the site I booked the hotel from which was EXPEDIA and they helped me and made an exception and gave me my refund in FULL. I'm still waiting for my $100 holding fee to be refunded into my account which I'm not holding my breath for. The hotel isn't far from the beach but the floors are sticky and they represent the hotel in a way it is not the site makes the hotel look as if your going to receive a beautiful room with a place to do your laundry and a microwave and other amenities which you are not allowed to use unless you get a VIP room which is in a whole nother building the site they had there room posted to for booking said you would be able to use all of these things once you book and DID NOT say you had to book a VIP room to use these things they lie and try to make themselves look good when in reality this hotel sucks don't book here unless you want ripped off in every way possible.

Great Art Deco Boutique Hotel

Pros: The decor was breath taking. The staff was friendly and it's a restored vintage hotel with all new amenities inside.
Cons: Better signage as to what building is what and where to check in.
Location: There is a great mom & pop diner near by and the North Beach is a short walk. It's low key area away from all the tourist traps.
Located in North Beach, Miami, this place is actually several buildings with different addresses which caused some confusion. Once we figured out we were looking at the wrong building, we checked in. This place is very stylistic and cozy. The rooms are small but VERY comfortable. If I had one issue, the breakfast was fruit bread and coffee/orange juice. There are a few mom & pop places to eat and it made our business trip something special. This hotel is completely renovated and everything is brand new. AC in the room is ICE COLD and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. I highly recommend this hotel for singles and couples. We stayed in the smaller room and not the suite...I wouldn't mind checking out the larger room the next time we visit Miami. You won't regret your choice if you stay here.
