Hotel Stay

Pros: Design was comfortable and inviting.
Cons: House Keeping services! Along with a better restaurant experience.
Location: General access for the Miami Art spectrum show was excellent. All access to roads was good throughout the area.
The Hilton was recently renovated and it was representative of a 4 star property. The staff was courteous and welcoming each time I entered the hotel. I had a do not disturb sign out on my room but pulled it after 11am but the room was not serviced during my stay. The restaurant needs some work on the menu and the staff needs additional training as the dinning experience was fair at best.

A good hotel to not only to sleep on but enjoy.

Location: Good location.
Pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel personnel were friendly. Hotel breakfast is good but takes a long time if you order someting special.

Top notch staff and facilities

Pros: Made vacation a breeze
Cons: Food could be less expensive
Location: Although it is downtown, it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be less crowded and quieter. Very close to the MetroMover.
Recently stayed at here for a short vacation. Staff was top notch and very attentive. Great service and facilities.

Excellent Place to Stay

From the moment I arrived the staff were so proficient and readily available. Every process was easy from check in /to check out. The concierge service was excellent and efficient. The only issue I experienced was the beach not being so easy to access. My daughter and I had to take a bus there but getting back to the hotel took us approximately two hours and that was not fun at all. If their was a shuttle to and from the beach that would be awesome!!! Other than that I'd stay here again.

Pros: Location, view, hotel staff, and dog friendly!
Hotel staff were always extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the whole city. Location is very conveniently located to downtown, Brickell, and the beaches. Would not hesitate to recommend!

SLEEPLESS NIGHT

Pros: I looked very pleasing from the outside. Other then this, Nothing.
Location:
Where do I start, The reception area looks very well, but this is all the good that I can write about this Hotel. The rooms are mediocre to say the least, nothing special just average. View: Well about half of the hotel is facing a parking lot. We were on the 9th floor so as long as we did not look down, the view was good but look down and you can only see a roof of their parking. AC: The most terrible experience I ever had. The AC will not let you sleep as it is so loud. There is a sticker on the AC telling gusts that the quieter setting is on automatic. Well I do not know how anyone could sleep with this thing on. To compare, a cheap Hotel on the Hwy with an under the window unit is about 5 times quitter. Heat: There is NONE. We spent the night in October, it was 60deg outside. When we came in to the room it was set to 55deg with AC on to full. Even when we turned all off it did not go over 60deg. Customer service said they are sorry but there is no heat in the hotel. The bed sheets were very light so keeping worm was a challenge. We had the AC off and could not fall a sleep as the next room was empty so the AC was on and the noise was overwhelming. It was just Terrible!!!! Cost: To expensive for what you are getting. You have to Pay for Parking and Breakfast and outrageous amount (As you would be eating in a 5 Star restaurant). Terrible!! We checked out after on night. Thsi should not be called a HILTON. It does not deserve the name.

Cost: To pay for a Hotel two hundred night, you would think they would give you a continental breakfast. NOT in this one, Breakfast was twenty per person in the morning. Parking is also twenty eight per night. This is Outrages, it was not worth half this price. We checked out after on 1 night.

Important Hotel Information

I am writing this review to provide some information that I think will help future guests. This hotel provides 24 hour valet parking for $ 28.00 dollars. In that 24 hour period you can pick up and drop off your car as much as you want for no extra charge. If you lose the ticket that the valet hands you, just provide the valet with your room number and last name and they will get your car. The $ 28.00 will be charged to the credit card that you booked your room with. If $ 28.00 is a little high for you, there is parking across the street. If you make a left onto Biscayne Blvd, the first street on your right has reasonable street parking; you pay by the hour. In order to check in, you have to take the elevators to the lobby. Please note that $ 200.00 is charged to your card when you check in for incidentals. This fee is reimbursed to the guest upon leaving. If you use a debit card instead of a credit card the $ 200.00 is taken out immediately. Once you check in, you have to take a second set of elevators to your room. This hotel does have a Starbucks on the same floor as the lobby and they can make almost all the same drinks. You can also get other drinks at the bar too such as alcohol, beer, wine and water. The rooms are very nice, the only negative for me were the pillows. If you like hard pillows I would suggest you bring your own. The pillows at this hotel are very thin. The hotel does provide WIFI for $ 9.00 a day. I found that the WIFI was very week and would not work all the time. This hotel does have a nice pool. It can be accessed from the lobby by walking through the bar towards a patio and then up a small flight of stairs. Overall, I think that this hotel is worth the money. I would go there again.
