Overall, this was pretty good and was what we needed. A few items that kept us from giving 5 stars: - Our shower leaked everywhere onto the floor when in use. We discovered that the first day when I left my clothes immediately outside the door. - The hallway on our floor smelled terrible - like incense or an industrial cleaner. The room smelled fine but there was something amiss in the hallway. It lasted the entire time we were there. - The food for breakfast was really good, however, the restaurant waitstaff seemed much less attentive to those with room vouchers (including us). I'm still waiting for coffee creamer. I expect this has something to do with tips, versus walk-in paying customers. We didn't eat there the last two days our stay. But the food was very good! But overall, the experience was nice, the rooms and housekeeping were nice, and the location was great. We'd stay there again, but would prefer a few details get fixed.

Property was clean and accessible. House keeping was good. Staff was shady ahd rude. Before giving a room upgrade staff asked for an additional 100$. Staff also does not pick up the phone to answer questions. When asked about this they completely denied it. They need staff thst is nicer.
