Not clean enough needs some repair bathroom door doesnt close .My bed had other poeples hair still on the sheets had to go buy some to use because we did felt like there where changed at all .3 sers of queen isnt cheap..But over all its a good place to stay dobto the location.

The girasole owned apartments are nice. The building owners and valet however was no good.

No room service. And was not informed about it until 2 days after arriving! I asked for clean towels and they told me to go wash my dirty towels. I called expidia and they couldn’t to anything .. so they got me half off the price (still pending) I week into my stay I asked for clean sheets and again they told me to go wash them but eventually they changed them!! Stay away!!’ Do not stay here! By the way security is rude beyond belief..

the room had a terrible smell of mold, the cabinets were moldy, and when i flush the toilet the water didnt refill, when i tried calling the host no one responded, i wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!

“This apartment was disgusting, from the beds to the bathroom. The kitchen faucet was loose and impossible to open or close properly. The room had a terrible, disgusting smell, and despite calling multiple times, we got no response. I even emailed, but we were completely ignored. We were given only two towels for our entire five-day stay, and there was no room service at all. This place is truly awful. If you want to experience this kind of garbage, go ahead and book this apartment.”

Where do I start? The pictures trick you the room. Was in horrible condition. I left my bag with my shaver. And razors and lotion and clone toothbrush and toothpaste, which they say is not there ridiculous i left it in the bathroom as I had to leave at 3am to catch my flight. We had a room for 4 people only had 2 towels and they refused to give us any more towels ridiculous. We couldn't even get clean towels. We were there for 2 days. If you like moldy rooms and really old hard beds, then this is the place for you.

I like the view the parking, but I hate the sound of the humidifier it was so loud during the night it’s stop for 30min and start for like 3min to 5 min it was so annoying, also the valet parking they stretch my car from the mirror , don’t forget the smell in the room it was so strong I barely slept if you have a sensitive nose don’t take it but if it okey with you it a good place to stay in comparing to the price

This property contains multiple apartments of different sizes; the ones for a big group of people could fit 6 people in the apartment, not 7 or 8, as it was written in the property details description. The apartments are old with broken floors and there is no fan above the stove and in the bathroom. Though the property has an elevator, there is no ramp at the entrance which makes it inconvenient to access the property with the wheelchair. As well as there is no way to move on the wheelchair to the beach. The property security is not familiar with the social rights for people with disabilities: they serve them as it were regular people making them wait in the line.

This property needs serious deferred maintenance. The couches are ripped, mold smell all-around the apartment and this apartment is half the size of advertised 3,000 sq ft. The host lied on the square footage. We forgot our phone charger at the location and the host made no efforts to look for it or contact us back. I would stay away from this property as it is non-habitual.
