AC wasn't working and when we asked to change the room they said either we pay (which felt like extortion) or we stay in the room with no AC in a 90F degree weather, room has old beds and they are broken and customer service was terrible, no help at all either pay more or stay in this mess. I don't recommend this place!! Be careful when booking with them!
