I expected a Marriot signature property to be up to Marriot standards. I was highly disappointed. Checking in was a breeze. Upon entering the room i noticed the bathroom was not cleaned. The next morning i found a dead roach on the buffet area. And the bed was not clean. It says beach chair is included in the flresort fee but what they do not tell you is that they charge for the umbrellas at the beach. No one notified us. I did complain about the cleansiness and got the resort fees refunded. But i would not recommend staying there.

Everything was very good. However, I had a situation where I was told that towels and bikes would be available at sunrise. I went for my morning swim, but the towels were not available until 8:30am. As a result I had to request one from inside the hotel. The second item was that the tires for my bike were a little flat. Lastly, when I went to take a shower, the bathroom seemed like it was getting flooded. Thankfully, the whole room was tile, and I switched to the small moveable shower head helping the water to reside, but cause of me to take more time to shower. The people were really nice, the hotel and amenities were great, but those were my experiences which made the hotel good instead of great

The property is beautiful but be aware the parking is approximately $50 a night, there’s a $45 per day resort fee and the hotel charges $150 a day deposit. I paid approximately an additional $1000 at checkin. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and their grounds are basically spotless. They need to upgrade their wifi, it lagged continuously.

Hotel and staff were great. Pool was in poor condition for a couple of days, eventually closed and cleaned then all good. Recommend this hotel.

Room doesn’t provide tea pot as required for guests as i asked reception to bring pot into room at 2 times. They haven’t bring pot. I was flu and sick as i needed warm tea to cure throat. Pool is okay, too heat on sunbed. Enjoyed pipes and tubes on room window
