I am still waiting on my 50 dollar incident fee to be returned as I checked out on the 19th of February..I called and left several messages on VM..as well.. otherwise it was in..I was forced into a 300 dollar upgrade as the desk girl tried putting me on a top bunk at 63ctears old...very bad customer service by that particular employee..IMHO..love the gardens and property and vibe however..

I can't do dormotory. The snoring, turning on A/C when it's not needed, strange man coming into the room and used the toilet with the door open and he wasn't assigned to our room, homeless people staying in room all day/night. Coughing from upper respiratory infection.

love the chill come and go vibe... the facility is nice and clean... cant beat the price.. i enjoy sharing the room with the all women and learning their stories and where they come from. the pool vibe is nice... its right next to a bus/trolly stop to expore the city as well

Staff are Absolutely Outstanding!!! Very polite and helpful! The rooms are clean, accommodations are Above what you pay for! Its like a high end hotel converted to a Hostel. Outdoor pool and patio is Gorgeous! Almost 4-5 star level. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

It’s a great place and has great staff! but they need to do a better job of releasing the $50 hold ASAP without having to call and hit up their chat which they don’t look at. When you call, it goes to voicemail after an automated message so this is just a little bit of constructive criticism that can help them in the future. Great place I’ll definitely stay here again and it’s an excellent location!

Staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Didn't like the loud music being allowd so late by the pool, but slept ok with ear plugs. Had a bad roommate that used my towel after muddying his, plus locked his stuff in my locker, also leaving mud everywhere in the bathroom, sand all over the floors. I brought this to the manager and they were ready to address the guy immediately, but I asked they do so after I left the next morning, so I could sleep without retaliation from the jerk/roommate. Would stay again because of staff, but hesitant because this was my first time sharing a room. But overall, staff super people, rooms good, A/C good, also.
