Property is old. We found some cockroach. Kitchen sink was loose and kitchen smell like roaches. Other than that the room accommodated all 6 of us. Would be better if the coach was a full size pullout bed. The bathroom was nice looks like it was newly remodeled. Perfect place to stay location wise. Only a few mins walk to the beach. We didn’t have enough towels in our room but the property manager came by quickly to give them to us and made sure we had everything else we needed. We were in the 3rd floor so it didn’t really hear any loud music it sounds. Overall I would say the place was okay. I do would like to recommend the door have a peep hole so you can see who’s knocking on the door. Also, our room did not have a deadbolt. Would be nice if we can lock the door from the inside.

The property photos displayed versus actuals is drastically disappointing. Cockroaches in room .bed was squeaky really a very bad place to stay. Only location is good but the worst is cockroaches big. And suffocating small room

The hotel is in an excellent location. However, I had booked a room online with balcony. But when I arrived there was no balcony. The room looked nothing like the picture. There was no one at the front desk for the entire 4 day stay. So there was no service available. There were lots of roaches in the room. I stayed at room 308. And there was no one to speak to. There was absolutely one to assist with general concierge service you would expect at a hotel. Essentially in your own.

Not sure what happened. I searched for 3 star hotels and somehow this one popped into the list. I also selected a different hotel...but it booked this one. And it was non-refundable. So i was stuck. It was a nice 1-star at best. It was clean and conveniently located. However, there is a club behind it that plays music until almost 4am. The bed seemed like it was about to break. So, I got no sleep. Things to note if you stay here: you are on 11th street and the free lounge chairs are 6-7 blocks away. It will cost you $22 for a chair at Pride Beach, unless you want to walk 6-8 blocks away. But the azteca restaurant across the street is amazing!!!!!!

Property was definitely not clean, maybe one of the dirtiest ones we’ve ever stayed and we travel quiet a lot. Floor was so dirty that we couldn’t take the shoes off (we learned it the hard way by already walking barefoot). Location is perfect, the rest was okay. Except the cleanliness and AC that was super noisy.
