Average hotel on a fantastic beach. Is at the north end of Miami Beach with not many shops or restaurants close by. But free trolley bus around Miami Beach makes it easy to get to mid beach and south beach. hotel is expensive for what it is. Hotel is tired and run down and staff not overly enthusiastic, just doing the real basics - basic courtesy (no warm welcome here) through to basic everything.

There was mold stains on some of the pillows Im currently waiting in my refund we left the same day and now the front desk told me I have to wait for expedia to contact the hotel is just super unsanitary rooms and now holding my money

The location right on the beach can't be beat! The Miami Beach free shuttle makes getting around easy. The only negative I have to say is that they are doing construction on the property, looks like they're building a new floor, and it was very loud starting around 9AM and throughout the day. It made conversations inside the hotel a challenge at times.

The front desk staff was the best I've ever seen. The hotel is steps from the beach. We got free umbrella and chairs at the beach. It was amazing! The location of this hotel was perfect.

Kaira and Ana in the breakfast are go above and beyond especially Kaira she makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in till when we got ready to leave for the airport…. Omar at the outside bar was phenomenal customer service…. Loved how the hotel was basically attached to the beach but it is a little further out of the way than I expected so if you uber be prepared to pay more

This property is right on the beach, on North Beach end of Miami Beach. Its a bit run down and the reception staff ignore you and carry on their own conversations until they are ready. No warm welcome here for people who have travelled 20 hours to be here. If you ignore the service levels, its right on the beach and you can get the free (at time of review) trolley bus to mid beach and south beach just one block from the hotel. So its easy to get anywhere.

Checked in at 630 pm and room was not ready. Seem to be under staffed .Bar was blasting music from a Bluetooth speaker and bar was sticky and not clean at all.We ate at restaurant for convenience and food was ok but not what we were expecting from other IHG hotels we have stayed at .This place needs some updates and some fresh paint on door and maybe clean carpets in hallway.We felt like we were in an cheap roadside motel without any options .
